mini updates
havent blogged for a long time cos the past few weekends had been very short. i havent had a proper weekend for a really long time. evry sat and sun would be burned doing duty cos i have to cover duties of those going out to search for mas selamat ): i wonder how long it would be before he gets caught or the operation gets called off. its been really tiring and the ops just seem to extend indefinitely ):
and whenever im not doing duty i will be taking my driving lessons. with barely 2 months left before my TP, i have alot to brush up and learn. i really feel like giving up my date and swapping for a later date :/ anyway, i managed to hit almost 70 on one of my lessons hahas. thats pretty much the max i can go legally for now :P and it was a pretty fun experience.
oh yeah. last update. i finally got my new specs today, since my last pair broke. yay now im wearing my ORD spec! (: so happy that i dont have to wear black specs anymore. my next few specs will not be black anymore since it brings back terrible memories hahas :P

March Mingle
Didnt have a proper full weekend the past few weeks, and this week is no exception. Had to do last minute duty on sunday so there goes my wonderful weekend. Now looking for a really long weekend next week to catch a breather. Had been so busy recently I feel that I really need a good rest.
Went to the March Mingle today at Eden Hall, organised by Cambridge to allow prospective students to interact with freshly graduated students. It was quite a good experience, but I didnt find anyone my batch. Everyone was either one batch above or under me hahas. Met a few people that I knew though, including
jiayi, my og junior, and
yusheng, the 26th
. Also met

amanda's 24th buddy. Anyway, i was telling
jiayi that when I go to cambridge I will become her junior liao. hahas.
after that, went to have dinner with relatives and came back home to catch up with cpop. i am quite supportive of joanna wang ruo lin, the new singer. her voice sounds mysterious and intriguing! :P i also found jin sha's wo jie yi, which is the pian wei qu for mei li de xiang qi (: also got hooked to a few older songs, including this one,

short update
been chionging driving lessons cos my TP is drawing closer but i still have lots to learn. kinda regret booking such an early TP slot AND learning manual. still having lots of problems coordinating clutch, brake and accelerator, especially on sloping ground.
meanwhile, mas selemat is still at large and there had been a few sightings of him here and there, but the terrorist had still managed to evade the huge team of army + police searching for him. some suspect that he has already fled to indonesia but the police here still believe that he is hiding in singapore. hopefully the JI head can be swiftly arrested and this whole issue can be put to a rest soon.
